Thank you for visiting my page. I completed my doctoral degree at Rice University, with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. I use psychological principals and apply my research skills to help address workplace issues that are important to individuals and organizations (e.g., selection and assessment, training, and performance management).
My experience includes creating and validating assessments (e.g., personality, interest, situational judgement tests), developing human resource strategies to effectively manage today’s diverse workforce, and studying job attitudes and motivation.
